For language schools

Every enquiry answered, tracked, enrolled.

Language schools do not have one admissions season, they have enquiries arriving all year. FirstEnroll turns the WhatsApp number you already use into a shared inbox, so a message at nine at night is not still sitting there at noon.

Connected to your existing number. No new number for parents to learn.

Why language schools specifically

Rolling intake means a slow reply is a lost enrolment

A school with one September intake can afford to answer on Monday. A language school running courses that start every few weeks cannot.

  • The parent is messaging three schools, not one

Short courses are easy to compare and easy to switch. Whoever replies first is usually the one who gets the visit, and the enquiry that waits until morning is often already spent.

  • Enquiries arrive where nobody is on duty

Evenings, weekends, and the week your admissions person is away. On a personal WhatsApp account, only the person holding that phone can see any of it.

  • Nobody can say how many enquiries there were

Without a pipeline, last month's enquiry count is a guess, and the ones that quietly went cold are invisible. You cannot improve a number you have never seen.

What it does

Built for the way admissions actually runs

Shared inbox

Every message where the whole front desk can see it

One conversation view for the school rather than one per phone. Filter by unassigned, assigned to you, or closed, and pick up a thread a colleague started without asking them what was said.

  • Assign a conversation to a person
  • Lead detail alongside the thread
  • Nothing lives on one member of staff's handset

Pipeline

A pipeline you can actually see

Every enquiry has a stage, so the question is no longer whether anyone followed up but where each person got to. This is also the number you report on at the end of the month.

Automations

Follow-ups that happen whether or not anyone remembered

The second and third contact is where most enrolments are won and where a busy office quietly stops. Automated nudges keep going out during half term and while your admissions person is on leave.

Broadcasts

Tell everyone about the next course start

Message a segment of contacts about a new intake or a level that is about to run, from the number they already recognise.

Analytics

Enrolment numbers, not impressions

How many enquiries came in, how many became visits, how many enrolled. Useful for deciding whether the advertising is paying for itself.

Invoicing

Invoice the enrolment you just won

Course fees invoiced from the same place the enquiry came in, so a new student is not re-entered into a separate finance sheet.

An invoice showing line items, payment summary and amount due.

Worth knowing before you ask

It needs a WhatsApp Business account, and that takes a few days

FirstEnroll runs on the WhatsApp Business API, which means your school has to be verified by WhatsApp before anything can go live. That is a real business verification with real paperwork, usually a few days rather than an afternoon, and it is not something we can shortcut. We do that setup with you rather than sending you a link and hoping. If you need to be live tomorrow, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

$49 to $149 a month, priced per school

Founding School is $49 a month on a twelve-month lock, with direct access to the founder. Standard is $79 for three users. Growth is $149 for ten users, multi-branch, with support over WhatsApp. Fees are charged at cost.

FirstEnroll is also included in the First IMS Custom plan, if you want admissions and the whole school in one place.
