What this website collects

One thing. If you fill in the demo form on the contact page, we receive the school name, your name, your email address, your phone number if you chose to give one, and whatever you wrote in the message.

Nothing else on this site collects anything about you. There is no analytics running, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party script that reports your visit to anyone.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts are built into the site itself rather than loaded from Google, so opening a page does not tell a font provider that you were here.

If we add product analytics later, it will be configured without cookies and this page will be updated in the same change rather than afterwards.

What happens to a demo request

Your submission is sent to [email protected] using Brevo, an email provider we already use for our own mail. Brevo processes the message in order to deliver it. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that a reply reaches you.

We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, we do not add it to a marketing list without asking you first, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not helping us reply.

Video

The product tour and the founder's message are served from this site. Neither is a YouTube or Vimeo embed, so watching them does not create a record of your visit on a third-party platform.

Student and school data

This policy covers this website. It does not cover the First IMS product itself, where a school is the controller of its own student and staff records and we act on that school's instructions under a separate agreement. If you are a parent with a question about your child's records, your school is the right place to ask, and they can reach us.

Keeping and deleting

We keep demo enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and you do not need to give a reason.
