These terms cover this website. A school using First IMS has a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

What these terms cover
This page covers your use of this website. It does not govern the First IMS or FirstEnroll products. A school that signs up has a separate agreement covering the service, data processing and support, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.
Using this site
Use it for whatever purpose you like, including researching us for a competitor. Do not attempt to break into it, do not use it to send unlawful or abusive content through the demo form, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.
About the prices on this site
Prices are published rather than quoted privately, which is deliberate. They are current at the date at the top of this page and are not a fixed quotation for your school. A quotation for a specific school, in writing, is the thing you can rely on.
Final 2026 rates are still being confirmed. Where a school has been given preferential pricing in writing, that writing is what applies.
About the product described here
We describe what the product does today, and we try hard not to describe things that are not built. If you find something on this site that overstates what First IMS does, tell us and we will correct it.
Nothing on this website is a promise that a specific feature will exist by a specific date. Where a school needs a commitment about future work, it goes in that school's agreement rather than on a web page.
Availability
This is a marketing website. We do not promise it will always be reachable, and we may change or remove pages. Service levels for the product live in the service agreement, not here.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here rather than on written advice given to your school. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed.
